Not at this time. When you complete your purchase, you will be asked to select the ae event/city you would like to pick up your order at. We will have it all packed up & ready for quick pick up.
where do I pick up my order?
Instructions for pick up are in your confirmation receipt email. Show your receipt (printed or digital) along with photo ID at the Merchandise Booth to pick up your prepaid package. Easy as that!
Can I Reserve online without paying?
Payment is required for all pre-orders.
can i exchange an item?
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must unworn & unwashed and the original receipt must be presented.
Items are available to exchange for the duration of time that our Merchandise Booth is open at each event. No post event returns or exchanges are possible at this time.
can i return an item for a refund?
Refunds are not available on merchandise. We can offer an exchange if the item is unworn & with the original receipt. If an exchange is not possible, the Merchandise manager may authorize a refund.
