You should have a pre-arranged time with your instructor but Artists Emerge access to the building opens 1hr prior to the start of each competition day.
We no longer have a dancer sign in.
This season we will not be selling photos or videos on-site during the competition.
This year to reduce environmental impact, we will have our program online through a link.
When available, a communal rehearsal space will be provided and indicated with signs. Please be respectful of other dancers and share this space.
Edmonton and Vancouver Event Tickets will be available for purchase 1 month prior to event and/or when Final Schedule has been made available.
Venue doors open 30 mins before the competition starts. We also clear the venue during extended meal breaks & before the Final Showdown events begin. Do not leave personal items behind or attempt to hold seats!

Backstage is for AE staff, competitors, instructors & studio owners. Parents of dancers under 12 should arrange for a teacher to help their child backstage. Having your child’s hair & makeup ready before also helps! If a parent must be backstage, please ensure you have your access wristband on & return to the audience as soon as possible.
There will be change space provided at each venue. Please do not leave valuables or personal belongings in the dressing spaces after your performance. Space is limited. All items must be packed up and removed from the dressing rooms after your performance/adjudication.
Artists Emerge will not be held liable for any items lost or stolen. Your items are your responsibility.
